Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an engineering professional to plan and manage complex construction and infrastructure projects in Rock Hill, SC.

The role focuses on budgeting, scheduling, labor planning, change management, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will coordinate design development, field inspections, and project documentation while maintaining detailed records and delivering on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (preferably from an ABET accredited program).
• 3+ years of experience with a Master of Science in Engineering.
• Professional Engineer License, preferred.

Provides technical & administrative information to others working on a project to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instruction; trouble‑shoots engineering related installation problems. • Preparing specifications for purchase of materials and equipment.

• Running day‑to‑day operations of a project or sub‑section of a project.
• Managing design development logs and criteria compliance matrix.

• Being a major participant in Project Kick Off Meeting (PKOM) process.

Qualifications
