Job summary

Messer Construction Co. is seeking an entry-level Civil Engineering or Construction Management professional to join our team. This role supports our Zero Injury safety program, site layout, document control, and coordination on complex commercial projects.

Bachelor’s degree required (Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred). 0–3 years of construction experience and the ability to work non-traditional hours are expected.

Responsibilities

• Support our Zero Injury safety program.
• Lead site and building layout.
• Support the Quality Leadership System.
• Provide document control including shop drawings, submittals, change orders, progress photos and daily reports.
• Coordinate scheduled construction activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
