The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of experience with IDOT projects. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $105,000 annually along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Must possess a valid Illinois PE license or achieve EIT within 12 months.
• Minimum 5 years experience with IDOT and Phase I projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for various municipal and private projects.
• Assist in design and engineering for IDOT and Local Roads projects.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports and cost estimates.
