Job summary

B&D Industries, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to provide essential administrative, technical, and coordination support to the Project Managers and service team.

The role demands detail orientation, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with accountability for daily activities. The candidate should have a high school diploma, a relevant bachelor's degree preferred, and 4+ years of experience (or equivalent substitution).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or other relevant field preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate calls, emails, and messages from internal and external customers, ensuring documentation.
• Assist the Project/Service Manager with priority items and task execution.
• Track and follow up on open and pending tasks.
• Initiate jobs and tasks within accounting and service management software.
• Dispatch service employees to projects as needed.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professionalism and service skills.
• Ensure timely, accurate execution of tasks as assigned.
• Assist in billing and filing.
• Maintain files and provide information as needed.
• Provide status reports and respond to service requests.
