Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field (or working toward one).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to take on new challenges.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
• High spatial intelligence and ability to interpret construction plans and drawings.
• Willingness to complete OSHA 10-Hour Safety Certification and CPR/First Aid Training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that safety programs and worksite procedures are followed.
• Assist with project cost tracking, budgeting, and change management.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and inspectors to ensure work meets specifications.
• Support the Project Manager and Superintendent with daily project operations.
• Verify that all equipment and materials meet project requirements.
