Job summary

Anchor Construction is seeking a Project Manager/MEP Project Engineer to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design-build efforts. You will work with clients to capture requirements, coordinate with design consultants, and ensure designs are code-compliant and constructible.

The role involves reviewing calculations, layouts, and specs, coordinating with multiple disciplines, and supporting field teams during construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (4-yr degree) required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Design-build project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to understand operating requirements and develop MEP solutions.
• Coordinate with third-party MEP design consultants and review designs for constructability.
• Prepare and review mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs, calculations, layouts, and specs.
• Coordinate MEP systems with architectural, structural, civil, and other disciplines.
• Attend site visits, design reviews, and client meetings; support field conditions and RFI responses.
