The role emphasizes data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and strong collaboration with supply chain, maintenance, and operations to optimize plant assets and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or closely related discipline required.
• 7 years of experience as manufacturing Industrial or Technical Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in Project Management, Supply Chain, and Activity Management.

Responsibilities

• Plans and formulates engineering program and organizes project staff according to project requirements.
• Ensure that the factory plays an integral role in maintaining stocks with supply chain collaboration.
• Assigns project personnel to phases such as technical studies, product design, and testing.
• Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles and standards.
• Coordinates activities with technical developments, scheduling, and problem resolution.
• Directs integration of technical activities and products.
• Evaluates and approves design changes and drawings/releases.
• Tracks project costs and asset values; manages budgets and expenditures.
