Wharton-Smith, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for an Intern Project Engineer position at our Sanford, FL regional office. The role supports planning, organization, and completion of projects under the guidance of the Project Engineer and Project Manager.

Responsibilities include reviewing project plans, bids from contractors, and maintaining project documentation. The intern will assist with daily tasks, data entry, and enforcing safety procedures on site, contributing to team success.

Formación

• Pursuing degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to assist project team and learn on the job.

• Reviewing project plans and conferring with management.
• Reviewing bids from contractors.
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Data entry
• Assisting the Project Manager or Project Engineer with daily tasks/duties.
