Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently and provide leadership for project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of the responsibilities of a Project Manager or Superintendent.
• Gain exposure to construction methods and terminology both in the field and in the office.
• Assist in providing guidance to subcontractors in solving problems associated with projects.
• Assist with production schedules and worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
• Confer with subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction.
• Conduct regular project reviews and maintain records of project progress.
