You will ensure safety compliance, prepare submittals, manage material certifications, and coordinate with subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and on budget. The role emphasizes field support, accurate documentation, and active participation in cost analysis for change orders while

Qualifications

• 4 year engineering degree, construction management degree, or 5 years equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with construction software and MS Office.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, and estimating.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers, superintendents, foremen in managing, scheduling, and purchasing.
• Adhere to Crowder safety requirements on project sites.
• Plan work and purchase materials with safety in mind.
• Assist project manager with daily project duties.
• Expedite material procurement, approvals and delivery as needed.
• Prepare and track submittals and material certifications.
• Assist in cost analysis for change orders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and manage invoices.
• Help optimize cash flow and maintain subcontractor relations.
• Identify and pursue fair compensation for changes in scope.
