Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in architecture, construction management or engineering science.
• 3 to 8 years of relevant proven experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with PowerPoint and Visio; knowledge of general contractor processes.

Responsibilities

• Exercise and manages functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects.
• Plan management processes and organize project staff per project requirements.
• Review design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements and related specifications.
• Coordinate activities concerned with scheduling and resolving engineering design and construction problems.
• Evaluate and approve design changes, specifications and drawing releases.
• Prepare status reports and monitor budgets, contractors, and schedules.
