Mortenson Construction is seeking an experienced Project Engineer II to interact with a wide range of staff in a dynamic environment. The role includes reviewing, analyzing, and resolving field coordination issues with project team members and participants.
You will interpret plans, manage quality processes, permits, and documentation, and mentor field engineers while coordinating safety and schedules across the team. A prior 3+ years of construction experience is required.
Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer II with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The Project Engineer will review, provide analysis, management, and resolution of field coordination issues with project team members and participants.
(for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week)
The base pay range for this role is $93,400- $126,100. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan.
