Airswift is seeking a Project Execution Engineer I in Houston, TX to support the Execution Lead in planning and coordinating capital projects. You will develop deliverables, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and track progress to ensure schedules and standards are met.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Engineering, ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong communication skills. Oil & Gas or capital projects experience is preferred, with proficiency in MS Office and fluent

Project Execution Engineer I

Location: Houston, TX

The Project Execution Engineer will support the Execution Lead in the planning, coordination, and execution of capital projects. This role is responsible for developing project deliverables, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, coordinating meetings and action items, and ensuring project objectives, schedules, and standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project execution strategies and deliverables.
• Coordinate project plans, issue management, and lessons learned activities.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communication.
• Interface with engineering, construction, contractors, and project teams.
• Track actions, maintain project documentation, and monitor progress.
• Support contractor selection, change management, and project transitions.
• Assist the Project Manager and Execution Lead as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Experience in engineering, project execution, construction, or project management environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Preferred: Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, or Capital Projects.
• Preferred: Knowledge of project management methodologies and stage-gate processes.
