Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required or preferred
• 1–3 years of project experience in heavy civil construction
• Proficient with MS Office; exposure to Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Viewpoint
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to prioritize and self-manage

Responsabilités

• Draft subcontractor agreements and attend site/owner meetings
• Oversee subcontractors, quality control and safety requirements
• Prepare and track RFIs, Monthly Pay Requests and Purchase Orders
• Document control: internal reports, tracking reports for equipment, time, materials, cost coding
• Manage project costs by reviewing expenditures and subcontractor contracts
• Prepare project status reports by analyzing information and trends; recommend actions
• Contribute to team efforts by delivering related results as needed
• Other duties as assigned
