Job summary

The Walsh Group, Ltd. is seeking a Project Engineer for our National Healthcare Building Division in Bristol, WI. The role focuses on problem solving, data-driven decisions, and teamwork to deliver complex construction projects.

You will help plan, coordinate, and document progress while building strong relationships with the project team and subcontractors. We value 1+ years of relevant experience and prefer a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in construction or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or in progress.
• Previous internship, co-op, or relevant employment is a plus.
• Some roles may require relocation.

Responsibilities

• Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.).
• Assist and support the project team with daily project coordination.
• Procurement of construction materials.
• Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks.
• Coordinate subcontractors.
• Survey and project layout.
• Take weekly pictures for progress reports.
• Manage construction equipment.
• Safety management.
• Project estimating.
