Job summary

Walsh Group in the Georgia Region is seeking a Project Engineer to help manage complex construction projects from planning through execution.

You will document control, coordinate subcontractors, procure materials, perform QA/QC, and support the project team with daily coordination while focusing on safety and progress reporting. Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1+ year experience; relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control and project coordination.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and procurement activities.
• Understanding of QA/QC and safety requirements on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.).
• Assisting and supporting project team with daily project coordination.
• Procurement of construction materials.
• Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks.
• Coordination of subcontractors.
• Survey and project layout.
• Weekly pictures for progress reports.
• Manage construction equipment.
• Safety management.
• Project estimating.
