The Walsh Group, Ltd. seeks a Project Engineer to join the Mount Pleasant, WI team with a start in December 2026 or January 2027.

You will support the project team with daily coordination, manage documentation, and help with procurement, quality checks, and subcontractor coordination in a fast-moving construction environment. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and willingness to relocate if required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in project coordination or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for the role.
• Previous internship, co-op, or employment experience is a plus.

• Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.).
• Assisting and supporting project team with daily project coordination.
• Procurement of construction materials.
• Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks.

• Weekly pictures for progress reports.
• Manage construction equipment.
• Safety management.
• Project estimating.
