Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a project environment or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; related internship/co-op experience is a plus.
• Specific roles may require relocation.

Responsibilities

• Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, etc.).
• Assist and support project team with daily coordination.
• Procurement of construction materials.
• Quality control / quality assurance checks.
• Coordinate subcontractors.
• Survey and project layout.
• Weekly progress photography for reports.
• Manage construction equipment.
• Safety management.
• Project estimating.
