Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale commercial projects.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
• Manage submittal logs, RFI logs, and change order logs.
• Prepare and distribute monthly project financial reports.
