Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a hardware operations specialist to own the full lifecycle of team hardware—from procurement through deployment—with emphasis on staging, shipping, and tracking for test events and field deployments.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering and programs, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring accurate asset management in ERP/PLM systems. Some travel and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience in test engineering, hardware integration, manufacturing/production engineering, or hardware operations.
• Hands-on experience managing physical hardware inventory, including asset tracking and configuration control.
• Fluency with ERP/PLM/asset-management systems and Jira for issue tracking.
• Ability to read schematics, cable drawings, and bills of materials.
• Passion for hands-on work with complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.

What You'll Do

Preferred Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret security clearance
• Direct experience with hardware management and operational deployment
• Experience with domestic and international hardware shipping, including export compliance and ITAR/EAR controls
• Familiarity with network, compute, and communications hardware components
• Hands-on experience with complex robotic systems
• Scripting or SQL for inventory reporting and automation

US Salary Range

$112,000—$149,000 USD
