Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities to support project schedules and budgets.
  • Review and implement temporary works and construction means and methods with emphasis on safety.
  • Inspect installed work, equipment, and materials; coordinate corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide on-site direction and technical support to foremen, crews, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare accurate daily reports, quantities, and documentation.
  • Perform quality control inspections to ensure work complies with contract documents, plans, and specifications.
  • Enforce safety policies, OSHA regulations, and PPE usage on site.
  • Support project cost tracking, schedule updates, and coordination with stakeholders.
