Hubbell in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma is seeking an Engineer responsible for improving production efficiency through process enhancements. You will engage in research and development of manufacturing technologies while collaborating with various departments.
Key tasks include employing Lean manufacturing principles, supporting safety and production improvements, and creating 3D models using SolidWorks. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's Degree and have 3-6 years of engineering experience in design and development.
The Engineer is responsible for improving production efficiency through improvements in production processes. This role involves researching and developing new manufacturing technologies to reduce costs, improve safety, reliability, and quality. This position is an integral resource for Continuous Improvement. Must be able to work with Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Quality to help ensure production and customer needs are met.
