Job summary

M.C. Dean is actively seeking a project support role in the Washington, DC area. The position involves processing submittals and RFIs, tracking change orders, maintaining project records, and coordinating permits and access for project staff.

A BS in Engineering is required, with ABET accreditation preferred, and prior experience with civil/industrial construction documentation is a plus. This role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, with a pay range identified as USD

Responsibilities

• Processing submittals.
• Processing RFIs.
• Keeping up daily work tickets.
• Posting RFIs and change orders.
• Tracking and managing change orders.
• Maintaining as-builts as work is completed.
• Documenting project issues/conditions.
• Maintaining organized and detailed project records.
• Submitting hours and cost codes.
• Obtaining permits, badges and access requests in advance
• Assists with preparing change orders.
• Manage project library.
• Participates in KPR (Key Project Review).

Provides technical & administrative information to others working on a project to ensure that the work complies with all basic engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instruction; trouble-shoots engineering related installation problems. Works closely supervised and solves problems of limited scope and complexity.

Pay Range

USD $75,520.00 - USD $94,400.00 /Yr.
