Job summary

Rehlko in Kohler, Wisconsin, is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join our hardware team. The role focuses on designing, testing and optimizing PCB solutions for residential and power products.

The position follows a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days onsite in Kohler, WI, collaborating with software and product teams to deliver reliable electrical systems and meet safety and EMC standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to new product design and sustaining analog, digital, RF and mixed signal circuits for residential power systems.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute development tasks and board validation.
  • Conduct hardware functional, environmental, and lifecycle validation to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Support product safety, EMC, and environmental compliance efforts.
  • Participate in electrical hardware reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of product development processes.
  • Assist in hardware troubleshooting during development and testing.
  • Document electrical system design and implementation details.
  • Use standard electronics laboratory tools to analyze, debug and document proper operation of circuits and systems.
  • Occasional development of custom electrical equipment for specialized features or functions.
  • Collaborate in developing electrical hardware development tasks, timelines and budgets.
