Dow-Key Microwave LLC in Ventura, CA is seeking a senior project lead for mechanical or electrical/RF systems. You will plan, lead, and manage projects from design inputs to production release and final testing, reviewing customer requirements and supporting prototypes.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of technical project leadership in manufacturing, is proficient with SolidWorks, and can apply GD&T in drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical/RF Engineering.
• 10+ years of technical project leadership, mechanical design and manufacturing.
• Proficient with SolidWorks.
• Experience implementing GD&T into drawings.
• Experience with ISO or AS9100 Quality Management System.
• Experience in the Space and Aerospace Industry.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and manage projects from design input requirements to production release and final testing.
• Review customer technical requirements, create detail designs, perform detailed analysis, create prototypes, lead design reviews, write test procedures, and support the product through production via hands-on troubleshooting.

This position will use technical knowledge and experience to plan, lead, and manage projects from design input requirements to production release and final testing. This includes but is not limited to reviewing customer technical requirements, creating detail designs, performing detailed analysis, creating prototypes, leading design reviews, writing test procedures, and supporting the product through production via hands on troubleshooting.

• Bachelor's Degree – Mechanical or Electrical/RF Engineering
• 10+ years of technical project leadership, mechanical design and manufacturing

• Exceptional communication skills and effectively able to communicate technical information with customers
• Exceptional organizational skills and demonstration of handling multiple projects
• 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with electromechanical actuators or small mechanisms
• Experience with ISO or AS9100 Quality Management System
• Experience in the Space and Aerospace Industry

Pay Range: - Annually
