We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Engineer on a part-time basis to oversee the engineering, coordination, and installation of multiple fermentation tanksand the dedicated building structure designed to house them.
In this role, you will act as the technical point of contact, bridging the gap between our internal team, structural architects, tank manufacturers, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) contractors. The ideal candidate has strong foundation in mechanical or civil/structural engineering and a proven track record of managing equipment-intensive facility buildouts.
