Job summary

Seco SOLVA is seeking a Project Engineer to serve as the technical lead for manufacturing improvement, industrialization, and process optimization projects. You will develop machining strategies, design manufacturing processes, program and validate CAD/CAM solutions, and deliver production-ready solutions that create measurable customer value.

Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally to support customers and projects, working closely with engineering teams and shop floor personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering, process engineering, CNC programming, or related experience.
• Proven success developing manufacturing processes from concept through implementation.
