Job summary

Palouse Power in Richland, WA, is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical and power-related projects on-site. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Richland, WA.

The ideal candidate will bring strong project engineering and scheduling skills, practical field experience, and the ability to interpret technical drawings while ensuring safety, quality, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Project engineering skills to support the team.
• Project management and planning skills for timelines, resources, budgets and deliverables.
• Clear and professional communication for collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Experience in utility, power generation, or industrial electrical projects preferred; familiarity with codes, standards and safety regulations.
• Ability to work on-site, conduct field visits, interpret drawings, and use engineering and project management software tools.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and commitment to safety, quality and teamwork.

Role Description The Project Engineer will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical and power-related projects, The Project Engineer will also assist Project Manager. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Richland, WA.
