Collaborates with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met. Coordinates with project managers and project teams to address standard technical questions and resolve general project issues. Monitors standard project schedules and budgets, tracks labor productivity, and reports variances to support timely corrective actions based on established guidelines. Supports the implementation of standard quality assurance and safety protocols throughout all project phases. Prepares and maintains project documentation, including progress reports and technical records. Identifies opportunities for incremental improvements and contributes to the development of leading practices with guidance. Participates in project meetings and communicates updates to team members and stakeholders. **Education Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience required. **Work Experience:** 0 - 4 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field required. **Certifications and Licenses:** Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.
