Job summary

Gilmore & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Professional Engineer for full‑time, on‑site work at our PA locations (New Britain, Newtown, Philadelphia, Lehigh, or Plymouth Meeting). The PE will supervise civil engineering projects across land design, municipal services, transportation, water resources, environmental, and geotechnical areas, ensuring regulatory compliance and client satisfaction. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Engineer‑In‑Training or Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
• Experience overseeing design, construction, and implementation of engineering projects; knowledge of regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Professional Engineer at Gilmore & Associates, Inc. The location options include New Britain, Newtown, Philadelphia, Lehigh, or Plymouth Meeting PA.

The Professional Engineer will oversee daily activities related to civil engineering projects. This includes work in areas such as land design, municipal services, transportation, water resources, environmental, and geotechnical. They will oversee the design, construction, and implementation of various engineering solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field

Engineer‑In‑Training or Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus

Experience in overseeing design, construction, and implementation of engineering projects Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements

Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
