Responsibilities

  • Coordinate drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedules, and cost information with clarity and responsiveness.
  • Engage in site walks, inspections, and daily construction activities to understand sequencing, quality, and safety expectations.
  • Support project managers, superintendents, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep work moving and aligned.
  • Travel as needed to project sites across the country.

This is a hands‑on, relationship‑driven role that collaborates closely with project managers, superintendents, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep work moving and aligned. It coordinates drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedules, and cost information with clarity and responsiveness, while staying actively involved in site walks, inspections, and daily construction activities to understand sequencing, quality, and safety expectations. Through strong relationships and open communication, this role supports projects from early execution through successful delivery on job sites across the country.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 - $87,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons’ ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company,
    including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes
Nice to Have
  • Exposure to construction or engineering software is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
