As a Project Engineer, you’ll support the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale treatment and industrial projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
A key part of this role is helping leverage Baker Waters’ self-perform capabilities—giving our teams greater control over schedule, cost, and craftsmanship. This role is integral to the construction and commissioning of wastewater treatment plants, water reclamation facilities, and water treatment systems, with a strong emphasis on self-perform construction.
The Project Engineer will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform this role in a safe, productive, and effective manner.
