Job summary

The Walsh Group in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Project Engineer for its Data Center Group. You will support planning and coordination on site, manage document control, and work with subcontractors to deliver critical data center projects on time and within budget.

You will leverage data-driven decisions, conduct QA/QC checks, assist with procurement and estimating, and help maintain safety and quality on each site. This role offers growth within a nationally respected, fourth-generation company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction project experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering or related field.
• Willingness to relocate for roles if required.

Responsibilities

• Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.).
• Assisting and supporting project team with daily project coordination.
• Procurement of construction materials.
• Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks.
• Coordination of subcontractors.
• Survey and project layout.
• Weekly pictures for progress reports.
• Manage construction equipment.
• Safety management.
• Project estimating.
• Inspect project site(s).
