Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Construction Coordinator / Project Engineer to support construction and development projects in Broomfield, CO. This role serves as a key liaison among project teams, contractors, and trade partners, ensuring documentation, contracts, invoicing, permitting, and coordination tasks are completed on schedule.

You will work with Project Managers and Superintendents, gaining exposure to the entire commercial construction lifecycle and growing toward a Project Manager role

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 1+ year of construction management experience.
• Experience supporting commercial construction projects.
• Experience working for a General Contractor (GC).
• Familiarity with RFIs, permitting, subcontractor management, bidding, and project closeout.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project docs, tracking, and reporting in Procore.
• Coordinate RFIs, bid packages, permits, contracts, and purchase orders.
• Track subcontractor proposals and certificates of insurance.
• Process and monitor project invoices.
• Maintain organized project records and meeting minutes.
• Assist with contractor coordination and communication.
• Support PMs and Superintendents with planning and execution.
• Participate in site visits and meetings as needed.

Job Description

A real estate developer is seeking a Construction Coordinator / Project Engineer to support construction and development projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Broomfield, CO.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
