Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial and industrial painting projects across Arizona.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide technical support on surface preparation, coating systems, and application methods.
  • Project Controls & Documentation: Track project budgets, labor hours, material usage, and equipment deployment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience in a construction or industrial painting environment.
  • Familiarity with coatings, corrosion protection, and surface prep techniques.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
