Job summary

You will oversee simulations, manage workflows, run software tools, and present findings to clients. The role requires a master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field and at least four years of progressively responsible experience, with strong leadership and reporting skills.

Req'mts: Master's or frgn equiv in Civil Eng'g, Arch., or rel. fld, & 4 yrs of prgrssvly rspnsbl exp in job offered or in rel. occupation. Using & interpreting environmental SW & results, incl creating workflows & simulation processes, running simulation SW, directing other team members, & drafting reports & client presentations. Creating bld'g environmental models, incl mng'g processes, & ensuring quality control & assurance of model results incl Grasshopper Pollination / Ladybug Tools, Open Studio, THERM, Radiance, Climate Studio. Understanding & maintaining quality control of proj's by util'g coding algorithms for bld'g performance analytics, incl grasshopper coding. Offered salary is btwn $142,750 & $149,000/ yr. 40 hrs/wk. Telecommuting permissible pursuant to co. policy. When not telecommuting, must report to work site.
