First Onsite is seeking a Project Director to lead restoration projects from concept to completion. You will leverage Xactimate to develop scopes of work, estimates, and preliminary budgets, collaborating with Operations to gather field data and ensure profitability.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in construction/restoration, knowledge of large loss projects, and 3+ years in the industry. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree and 4+ certifications are preferred.

• Maintain client deliverables and project records in Salesforce
• Conduct mitigation assessments and develop project plans
• Respond to project needs 24/7
