Stantec is seeking an Owner’s Representative, Project Director to supervise the design and construction of multiple projects from concept to occupancy. You will direct teams, manage client relationships at the executive level, and ensure project goals align with budget and scope across multi‑million to over $300M ventures.
You will mentor teams of 25–50, oversee critical milestones, and maintain profitability while communicating effectively with stakeholders and clients.

The role involves managing projects from conceptual planning to occupancy, directing teams across execution stages, and maintaining client relationships at the executive level.

In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions where required. Final compensation is based on education, qualifications, experience, and work location. Certain roles may be bonus eligible; part‑time compensation will be pro‑rated based on hours worked.
