Honeywell International, Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a Project Development Manager to lead analysis, development, and advancement of DER, energy efficiency, electrification, resilience, and decarbonization projects for commercial and industrial customers.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, finance, legal, operations and external partners, build financial models and risk assessments, and guide projects from qualification through close to realization.
As a Project Development Manager here at Honeywell, you will lead the analysis, development, and advancement of Distributed Energy Resource (DER), energy efficiency, electrification, resilience, and decarbonization projects tailored for commercial and industrial customers.
You will report directly to our Director, Project Development and you’ll work out of our New Jersey location on an On‑site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the successful qualification, financial modeling, and execution of energy projects by coordinating cross‑functional teams across sales, engineering, finance, legal, operations, and external partners, driving sustainable energy solutions and business growth.

The annual base salary range for this position in New Jersey ($200k – $213k). For Georgia and most major metropolitan areas, the annual base salary range is $175k – $185k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
