  • Experience advancing projects through key development milestones, including permitting, interconnection, regulatory review, stakeholder engagement, and construction readiness

  • Experience working within CAISO or other ISO/RTO markets, with familiarity navigating market structures, regulatory requirements, interconnection processes, and stakeholder engagement

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while identifying risks, solving complex challenges, and driving projects forward

  • Strong relationship-building skills with landowners, community stakeholders, utilities, regulatory agencies, public officials, consultants, and cross-functional teams

  • Understanding of project economics, commercial considerations, and investment decision-making, including the evaluation of project risks and opportunities

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and influence outcomes across technical, commercial, and executive audiences
