Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional architectural experience.

• Strong design and presentation skills with client engagement capability.
• Proficiency in architectural design, detailing, and envelope systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to self-direct, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and technical aspects of major projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Produce and review project specifications and construction documents.
• Lead design initiatives and provide guidance to junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with design requirements and budgets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
