Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design efforts from concept through construction administration.
• Prepare and coordinate design presentations, plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.

• Review documents for quality, code compliance, and coordination across all project phases.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop and implement design solutions.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and workflow for small to mid‑sized projects.

In this role, you will drive concept development, produce high‑quality design deliverables, and ensure design intent is carried through construction. Working closely with Senior Designers and Design Principals, you will play a key role in shaping innovative interior environments while managing project timelines, budgets, and team coordination.

This position will be working out of our San Jose, California office. This position is eligible for hybrid (office/remote) working arrangement and flexible working hours.

The salary range for this position is $106,331 - $159,101.

The actual salary offered for this position will vary depending on multiple factors including the candidate’s qualification, education, position knowledge, work experience, skills, ability, work location, and internal incumbent compensation for similar roles. We do not anticipate individuals hired into this position will start at or near the top half of the range listed; the decision will be based on each individual case. The salary range listed above does not include other compensation elements such as discretionary bonus opportunities, employee stock ownership grants, paid time off, medical insurance, and other wage and benefit opportunities.
