Job summary

Genesis AEC, Inc. is seeking an energetic Project Designer in a hybrid work model to develop ideas from conceptual design through construction documentation, coordinating with architects, engineers, and interior designers.

You will contribute to project documents that adhere to codes and industry standards, ensuring deliverables meet requirements while supporting team collaboration and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS in Architecture, BArch, or MArch.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Revit software is required.
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite software.

Responsibilities

• Develop ideas from conceptual design through construction documentation and ensure proper coordination of such with all disciplines on the team.
• Develop project documents for clients in coordination with relevant building codes, regulatory bodies, and industry standards.
• Ensure that project deliverables satisfy project requirements.
• Participate in sessions between interior designers, architects, and engineers for a cohesive collaborative design process.
• Assist in the development and integration of all technical aspects of architectural documentation on projects.
