Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Town and Country, MO, is seeking a Project Designer to join our architectural/interiors team. You will develop documents, drawings, and diagrams, collaborating with brokers, project managers, and clients to implement design solutions and meet requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Architecture or Interior Design, 1+ year experience, and proficiency in REVIT, with knowledge of codes, ADA standards, and building systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a CIDA accredited institution (NCIDQ a plus).
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in REVIT.
  • Ability to read and review construction documents; provide technical sign-off/approval.
  • Understanding of building codes and ADA standards.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate preliminary space plans that integrate the client’s needs.
  • Develop preliminary plans and detailed design drawings using Revit.
  • Confirm preliminary space plans and design concepts are safe, functional, aesthetically appropriate, and meet all applicable code requirements.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure final outcome of design meet functional requirements of design.
  • Attend project meetings and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Track high volume projects progress and identify potential issues or challenges.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to build trust and foster long-term partnerships.
