Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience using AutoCAD. Revit experience desirable.

  • Proficient written, verbal and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify accounts and support program management and sales teams with AutoCAD plan proposals and solution-based presentations.
  • Respond to customer post-delivery technical issues.
  • Coordinate project design and develop site planning, presentation drawings, and details.
  • Develop site planning and creative-design concepts for projects.
  • Support Sales Directors during the Sales Cycle in defining system solutions.
  • Address design, installation, and operational issues during program execution.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Application Specialists to ensure optimal workflow in design.
  • Assist Customer Service during the Support Cycle with technical design concerns.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and facility planners for detailed planning.
  • Manage quality and risk for assigned Customer Engineering tasks.
  • Develop and maintain design drawing templates and site planning documents.
  • Lead strategies within Customer Engineering and across PM and R&D.
  • Provide design input to new product development and design transfer.
  • Develop delivery and project planning processes meeting quality standards.

Job description


  • Support Sales and Program Management teams by qualifying accounts, developing and drafting AutoCAD plan proposals, preparing solution-based product presentations and demonstrations, and delivering proof of concepts and detailed system designs.

  • Respond to customer post-delivery technical issues.

  • Coordinate project design and develop creative-design concepts, presentation drawings, design drawings, and details.

  • Develop site planning and creative-design concepts for projects.

  • Support Sales Directors during the Sales Cycle in defining IMRIS intraoperative system solutions.

  • Support Program Managers during the Program Execution Cycle by addressing system design, installation, and operational issues.

  • Collaborate with Clinical Application Specialists to ensure optimal clinical workflow in the design.

  • Support Customer Service and customers regarding technical design and system operational issues during the Support Cycle.

  • Collaborate with customer-appointed architects, engineers, and facility planners in detailed planning for delivering IMRIS intraoperative systems.
