CBRE Project Designer role to deliver clear, accurate design documentation for Building Management Control Systems, focused on HVAC controls from project specs and drawings.
You will create diagrams, material lists, cable pulls, submittals, and O&M manuals, perform sizing calculations, select components, and ensure regulatory compliance while upholding CBRE RISE values.

As a CBRE Project Designer, you will provide clear, accurate, and concise design documentation for installation of Building Management Control Systems, typically focused on HVAC controls, based on project specifications, mechanical drawings, and/or sales documentation.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $75,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
