OVERVIEW

At Orion, we are seeking a Project Delivery Coordinator to support both Agile and Waterfall projects across various portfolios, including research initiatives. This opportunity involves managing administrative aspects of projects, assisting with cost planning and budget tracking, preparing status reports and meeting materials, and supporting project managers and portfolio leads.

PROJECT

12-month contract-to-hire; Fully Remote (U.S. – Central Time Zone)

SALARY (W2)

$80,000 – $95,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support Project Managers and leadership in ensuring the successful governance and delivery of projects and programs
  • Support administrative aspects of projects and programs, tracking and reporting on progress, objectives, key discussion points, and quality measures
  • Assist in scheduling and logistical coordination, and communicate frequently with team members and management
  • Coordinate deadlines on all deliverables across a wide range of teams and functions
  • Support the review of projects and programs for alignment with process and policy
  • Coordinate and track vendor SOW, contracts, engagements, and fulfillment
  • Assist in resolving impediments facing projects and programs as well as preparing progress and planning documentation when necessary
  • Attend client and staff meetings pertaining to project
  • Apply analytical skills in the review of project data and financials
  • Support forecasting and planning of resource demand and fulfillment
KEY EXPERIENCE
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required
  • Previous experience in project coordination (Agile and Waterfall environments)
  • Program management coordinator or PMO coordinator experience
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Google Workspace; experience with ServiceNow PPM, Smartsheets, and/or Jira
  • Proven analytical skills with a focus on detail-oriented quality control in an agile environment
  • Excellent communication/written skills to facilitate collaboration among project teams
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
