What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking an experienced Project Data Manager to lead and oversee data management (DM) activities across multiple clinical projects. This role ensures quality, consistency, and adherence to timelines while mentoring DM staff and managing vendor relationships.

Lead DM activities for assigned products, ensuring adherence to processes and quality standards.
Oversee project timelines, cycle times, metrics, and CAPA processes.
Mentor and train DM staff, fostering continuous improvement.
Develop and implement DM policies, SOPs, and best practices.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality deliverables.
Represent DM in cross-functional teams and project meetings.
Oversee database locks, submissions, and study-specific training.

You Are

Doctorate OR Master's (3+ years clinical experience) OR Bachelor's (5+ years). Degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.
6+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech data management.
3+ years in project management & planning.
Experience overseeing vendors (CROs, labs, imaging, etc.). Strong understanding of clinical data management processes, SOPs, and regulatory requirements (GCP, ICH guidelines).
Proficiency in electronic data capture (EDC) systems and database management.
Experience leading DM teams and mentoring staff.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
