Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) invites applicants to join our Janitorial Crew Member team in Missouri. The role is full-time with early morning shifts, offering steady hours, competitive starting pay, and opportunities to contribute to workplace safety through thorough cleaning.

You will perform floor care, carpet cleaning, window washing, trash removal, and restroom sanitation across sites. Some travel within multiple states may be required, including occasional overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and warehouse cleaning.
• Knowledge of floor care across vinyl, tile, carpet, concrete.
• Valid driver license and ability to travel.
• Able to read safety and maintenance documents.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors and surfaces to remove dirt.
• Scrub and burnish various floor types.
• Steam-clean or shampoo carpets.
• Wash windows and fixtures.
• Trash collection and restroom upkeep.
• Assist with supply requisitions.
• Travel within a multi-state radius when required.

Shifts Available

Sunday to Saturday, 5am - 10am

Work Schedule: Days/nights vary, including weekends

Starting Pay: $20.0 per hour

Summary Of Duties

• Clean hard surface floors (Sanitize, scrub, strip and finish)
• Scrub and burnish special floor surfaces (e.g. Gymnasium floors)
• Steam-clean or shampoo carpets
• Extract carpet using carpet extractor
• Wash windows
• Pressure wash floor/building using pressure washer
• Minor wall repairs
• Gather and empty trash
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
• Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems
• Requisitions supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
• Back up for crew members in territory when needed
• Potential for extensive driving- often within a radius of four to five states. Occasional overnight shifts may be required

Requirements For Our Project Crew Member Position

• Experience in building and warehouse cleaning and maintenance work
• Knowledge of proper floor care techniques for a variety of floor types (e.g., vinyl, tile, carpet, concrete, hardwood)
• Ability to travel (drive) to various work sites
• Ability to work nights/days and weekendsPresent and maintain valid driver license
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English; may have in Spanish where state required).
