Job summary

Skanska is seeking a dynamic Project Cost / Controls Manager to join the Metro NYC area team. The role oversees financial reporting, forecasting, change management, scheduling, and project administration.

Qualifications include 5+ years in heavy construction, expertise in project cost management, and a BS degree in Construction, Business/Finance, or Engineering. Software proficiency with JD Edwards, DAS, OnBase, HeavyJob, Procore, and Microsoft is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years heavy construction experience including client coordination, finance, scheduling, cost control.
• Experience in Project Cost Management—monitoring, forecasting costs and quantities for self-perform and general conditions.
• Proficiency with industry software such as JD Edwards, DAS, OnBase, HeavyJob, Procore and Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and forecasting for projects.
• Manage change control, scheduling, document control and project administration.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to drive project profitability.
